The best vehicle I have ever owned is the Outlander Sport SE AWC I bought from Pat Fitzgibbon’s Mitsubishi. The four wheel drive and heated seats are fantastic. The experience at PFM was hassle free and I will refer them to everyone I know who is in the market to purchase a vehicle.

• I was searching for a used Toyota on the internet and I came across one at Pat Fitzgibbons. I live 500 plus miles away, so sometimes in the past I have made a trip to buy a truck and have been mislead. However I read where Pat Fitzgibbons was family owned since 1984, so I was totally comfortable driving 500 miles to buy a car. The salesman said the car was in good condition on the phone. When I got there I found the car to be in PERFECT CONDTION , it was run thru a 100+ point inspection, they put new brakes ,tires and wheels on it and it was cleaned inside and out the best I have ever seen! The price was great, Kelly blue book private party price, no haggling. They were EXTREMELY HONEST, ETHICAL, PROFICIENT, AND GERENERALY HELPFULL. I drove on there lot at 12:30 and drove off it before 2:00.
Also, the salesman came in on his day off and was waiting for me when I got there!

This is the best, most honest car dealer I have met in 35 years of buying cars. My dad had a car lot and he's the most honest man I know. You can not go wrong with these folks they are truly an honest car dealership. They should get a 10 star rating.

I recently brought my Montero in for service. I had difficulty locating an alternator on short notice, but Dave the parts manager promised me to have the parts needed the next morning. The next day the technician found additional problems with my vehicle, and said he would need to keep my car overnight. They offered to rent me a car free of charge, and said that it would be ready in the morning. As promised my car was ready by 10AM by far the best trip to the mechanic I have had. The labor cost per hour is a bit more than most other places, but the service makes it totally worth it.

Wow!!! I can not say enough about this dealership!! I just purchased a brand new 2011 outlander sport and could not be HAPPIER!!! :). The staff is Outstanding!! They took my needs into consideration and worked 1 on 1 with me to make me feel comfortable about my payment.. They also took their time showing me how every single option worked.. Wow.. I can't lie they weren't the first dealer I stopped at :(. But Pat Fitzgibbons made me an AWSOME deal within a single hour. I spent a lot of time looking for a new car. I visited many dealers in Milwaukee and had not found a dealer relationship I felt comfortable with. I finally discovered and stopped in at Pat Fitzgibbon's Mitsubishi as I was leaving on a 7 day vacation.

The sales staff was great. They did not try to push the sale, but instead they took time to make sure the Outlander Sport was the vehicle I wanted with the features I wanted. I have always driven a car and the crossover will be a big change. I was impressed with the stock on hand compared to the dealers in my home town of Milwaukee. They were able to locate the car I wanted and had the car prepped and ready for me, at a great price, when I returned from the vacation a week later. The communications to finalize the financing and get my monthly payments where I wanted them were handled promptly via the phone and email.

When I arrived to pick up the car there were no surprises other than everything was ready and waiting. This surprised me as I had made several changes to financing during that week as well as having additional equipment installed on the vehicle.

I think I have talked to someone in each department, and have nothing but great things to say about everyone I have worked with here. They are knowledgeable and strive to make sure they are answering my question, when I ask something they don't know they find the answer. When I inquired about all weather mats for my Outlander Sport the parts manager brought out the mats to make sure they met my expectations instead of just selling me the mats, giving me the box, and walking away. A dealer in Milwaukee offered to order the mats for me, but did not have them in stock.

I have made the trip back to Pat Fitzgibbon's Mitsubishi due to the positive experiences I have had, when I could have saved time by visiting a local Milwaukee dealer. When I am ready to purchase another new car I will definitely consider working with Pat Fitzgibbon's Mitsubishi.
